Executive Elections

The Executive is elected by nominations prior to the AGM. If there are nominations below 7 then it is deemed an election by default. If there are more nominated then a ballot is sent out for voting and an independent observer counts the votes. If there are not enough nominations then at the AGM nominations are called for to fill the Executive. There are up to 7 (seven) Executive members elected each year.

Typical duties of the Executive of the AICNT includes

Governing the organization by establishing broad policies and objectives;

Selecting, appointing, supporting and reviewing the performance of the the Executive and the CPC program

Ensuring the availability of adequate financial resources;

Approving annual budgets;

Accounting to the members for the organization’s performance;
