Executive Elections

The Executive is elected by nominations prior to the AGM. If there are nominations below 7 then it is deemed an election by default. If there are more nominated then a ballot is sent out for voting and an independent observer counts the votes. If there are not enough nominations then at the AGM nominations are called for to fill the Executive. There are up to 7 (seven) Executive members elected each year. The New Constitution allows for the Executive positions to be elected by the member attendees at the AGM
